Keith Fink is an attorney, legal commentator, and former UCLA professor. Keith’s experience as a litigator is extensive: his entire career has involved representing both employees and employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment lawsuits. He has also handled numerous First Amendment matters. In addition to litigating labor and employment cases, his law firm represents students involved in campus sexual misconduct proceedings. His firm also provides sexual harassment training to businesses. Keith speaks frequently throughout the world on employment law, civil rights, the First Amendment, and due process rights.

During his time as a UCLA student, Keith was a collegiate debate star. While winning the National Collegiate Debate Championship three years in a row (1982-1984), Fink also won dozens of debate tournaments throughout the country.
